At Pikanzo, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved:

- You may be asked to provide photos or additional information to help us review the request
Important:
Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving authorization may not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging when possible.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before starting a return.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return the original item
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item
6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and with tags (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
This right applies regardless of the standard 30-day return policy.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

8. Return Address
A return authorization is required before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
