To reduce unnecessary warehousing, excess inventory, and resource waste,

1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every Pikanzo order is handled with care.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and careful packaging before shipment.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / High-Volume Periods):
Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during peak seasons.

Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat $5.99 USD shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because Pikanzo products are fulfilled through global partners, delivery times may vary slightly based on your location.

Rest of World 15 – 20 Business Days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the shipping label is created
  • If tracking information does not update immediately, your package is still in transit

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer
  • Pikanzo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Customs duties are uncommon for small home goods, but regulations may vary by country.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@pikanzo.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters the processing stage, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
